There is a need for technology for internet crimes against children, specifically sexual predation and cyber bullying. (Kontostathis/Edwards/Leatherman, 2010). Accordingly, children using the internet and associated technologies become vulnerable to ITC-facilitated child abuse and exploitation and such child abuse and exploitation are often difficult to detect and address (Kim, 2015).
